We are thrilled to share how Thriving Together LLC connects individuals with disabilities to their community. Our agency offers programming groups tailored to individual interests, fostering natural friendships and strong community connections.

In addition to our regular programming, we provide flexible scheduling for special events. Whether you're excited to see a play at the Ohio Theater or want to attend an Ohio State basketball game, we are eager to facilitate these experiences for you. All our programs are conducted in small groups of four or fewer individuals and always take place within the community, never in a facility.

We pride ourselves on hiring only experienced and highly qualified Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). Our DSPs have extensive experience working with individuals with disabilities or other vulnerable populations. In fact, the staff providing direct care are of the caliber you would typically find in management positions. This is possible because we believe the most rewarding aspect of this field is the time spent with the individuals we serve.
