Providing Support to Adults With Disabilities

We offer community integrated adult day support services, as well as transportation to and from the program. Individuals served will have the opportunity to explore interests, make friends, and become more involved in their community. It is also important to us to support individuals staying safe in their home through Environmental Accessibility Adaptations.
Our mission is to support individuals with disabilities to cultivate meaningful relationships and connections in their community. We wish to do this by providing services in small groups, in the community setting.
It is Thriving Together’s vision to be a point of support for individuals with disabilities who feel we would be of benefit to them.
Thriving Together’s core values are:
We see the unique interests, skills, thoughts, needs, and personalities of individuals with disabilities. Each person is treated just as that, a person.
We understand the dignity of risk. Reasonable risks are important to building self esteem and dignity.
We serve adults, who will be treated as adults.
All are welcome here. We embrace and warmly welcome those of all walks of life. You are safe, you are important, and you are valued.

Hello,
I'm Elizabeth Wynn, Owner of Thriving Together LLC, and I'm so glad you're here! With 10 years of experience working with adults with disabilities, I understand the care you take when selecting a provider for yourself or a loved one. I sincerely thank you for considering our agency.
I began working part-time with a provider agency while studying Human Development and American Sign Language at Kent State. I was assigned to work with a wonderful woman who was autistic and communicated using sign language. This experience quickly shifted my career focus to working with adults with disabilities. After graduating, I became a Home Manager for one home and was then promoted to a Coordinator overseeing six homes, three of which were for individuals with high behavioral needs. My next career step involved overseeing two day program sites for individuals who required significant support.
Although my husband and I loved our time in Northeast Ohio, we felt a pull to move back home to Union County. With this move, I began working as an SSA at UCBDD. While I enjoyed this job, the need for qualified providers and my love of providing direct care motivated me to open this provider agency.
In my personal life, I enjoy running my hobby farm, Five Pine Farms, and gardening. I also love to hike and explore National Parks with my husband, Justin, and my sons, Miles & Grant.
